Peace in The Wilderness

During this time of social distancing and not knowing what lies ahead, this season of Lent can truly feel like we are in the wilderness, left to fend for ourselves! However, we are not all alone. Christ and our church are with us. St. Luke’s church staff has been hard at work planning activities to help keep us connected during this time. These include weekly online Worship Services, Children’s Messages, Ministry of Music, and Faith Formation Activities. Scroll down to find out more.

Faith Formation

Ms. Dani Vogel, our Director of Formation, has created packets of material for your child/youth/family to use as you wait out the virus at home.  These include Kitchen Table VBS, a set of 6 Vacation Bible School lessons and activities written by Dani to help your family connect and grow in faith. This kit is meant to be done in the comfort of your own home.  They also include Dani’s own Movie Bible Studies along with DVDs, which are available to be checked out from the church office. Some of these include Spiderman; Far From Home, Frozen, Catching Fire, Indiana Jones, and The Princess Bride. Contact the church office if you would like more info.
